Beckham set for Galaxy unveiling

The Major League Soccer team announced on Thursday the former England captain will be introduced at a presentation at The Home Depot Center. Beckham has been undergoing rehabilitation on his injured ankle since playing his final game for Real Madrid - a 3-1 win over Mallorca on June 17, which saw Madrid clinch the Spanish title. The 32-year-old's fitness will determine the date of his playing debut for the Galaxy, but it is expected to come when they play Premier League Chelsea in a friendly on July 21.
