We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Norwegian-speaking team in Copenhagen. This is a full-time position (37,5 hours per week).
Your tasks:
- • Contact with customers via phone, email and live chat.
- • Translating product texts, blogs, newsletters etc.
Your profile:
- • Fluent written and spoken Norwegian
- • Translate from English into Norwegian
- • Confident with computers
- • Interested in football & good knowledge of football equipment (desirable)
- • Experience in customer service (desirable)
